I enjoyed the hotel's location. It was quite central and convenient. i found it easy to reach many shops within a short walk of about ten minutes. the breakfast had a good variety , and the staff were friendly.

the room felt quite small. the look of the room was somewhat dated. the shower had a small shower head that produced a very shallow stream , though the ceiling shower head worked well.

The staff stored my luggage before check-in. i found balloons and treats in my room. It was a nice touch. a superior room with a balcony allowed me to enjoy the atmosphere.

the check-in process was slow and disorganized the bed was two single beds on wheels pushed together this made it slide apart i contacted the hotel about a shirt i left behind but it had disappeared with no effort to resolve the issue
